320 square metres. A longer pool. A wider terrace. More light throughout. The villa we built for the family that has done this before.
The Deluxe villa began as our answer to a single question — what would we add if we had another thirty square metres? The answer was not more rooms. It was more space around them. A pool that runs the length of the terrace. A living room that opens fully to the garden. Bedrooms that hold the morning light a little longer. Everything the Superior three-bedroom does, with a quieter margin around it.
The Deluxe pool runs the length of the villa — shallow at one end for the children, deep enough at the other for the adults who still count strokes. The terrace seats a long table comfortably and holds a daybed at the far end, shaded by the overhang. For most of the day, this is where you will find everyone.
The interior is a single open volume — living, dining, kitchen — with the three bedrooms arranged around it so no one shares a wall. The kitchen is equipped for a full day of meals. Smart TV, premium sound, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A washer and a drying area for longer stays. Everything the family needs to stop thinking about logistics.
Extra living area, wider pool deck, bigger outdoor dining. Room enough for the family to be in the same villa without being in the same room.
The Deluxe is oriented to follow the sun through the terrace — morning light at breakfast, soft afternoon in the pool, warmth on the loungers through sunset.
An expanded indoor–outdoor space built for longer stays — a larger living room, wider terrace, and a kitchen that handles a full day of meals without crowding.
Same number of bedrooms, same number of guests, same garden setting — the Deluxe adds 30 square metres of living and outdoor space, a longer pool, and a larger terrace. Choose the Superior 3BR if you want quiet simplicity. Choose the Deluxe when the family is particular about light, or when you expect to entertain in the villa.
